1 cup Brown Rice, medium grain 1 cup Lentils, 2 tablespoons Flax Seed Meal 3/4 cups Oats 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce 6 drops Tabasco Sauce, 1/2 teaspoon tyme 1/4 teaspoon dill 1/2 teaspoon Salt Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
Simmer brown rice and lentils in 4 cups water. Mix flax with 5 tablespoons water and set aside. After rice and lentils are done cooking (most of the water should be gone), mash a little. Add the flax, oats and the remainder of the ingredients. make into 12 patties. oil the pan and brush oil on top of patties. Broil until crisp, then flip and broil the other side, about 5 minutes per side.
