pour sugar in the sauce pan, bring to the boil on moderately high heat (suggest 2 or 3 quart) and wooden spoon or whisp. Watch the sugar begins melt on the edge around, little more toward center, quickly stir to continuling and once the sugar melt(color look like dark amber). turn high to low heat, put the butter, keep stirring till butter melt completely.. quick remove from the heat. count to 3, before pour cremy pours in (lot bubble, carefully slowly pour) keep stirring till you feel softenly firm. Let it rest coupon minutes, it will normal firm. then pour in the glass jar. let it completely cool before put in the refrigation.

while the cool or warm sauce you can alway head to glaze on the cake, bars, or ice cream.. while leftover, put in the refrigation. yummy..
