1 TB unsweetened cocoa powder
1 packet diet Swiss Miss hot chocolate
1 TB ground flaxseed
a few frozen strawberries
a few frozen chunks of mango
plain fat-free Greek yogurt
1 cup organic nonfat milk
Blend all ingredients to a pudding consistency, enjoy!!
