Ingredients

    3 1/2 c.diced Rhubarb
    1 1/2 c. sliced Strawberries
    2 small or 1 large sugar free strawberry jello
    1 box pillsbury sugar free yellow cake mix
    1 1/4 c. water
    8 T. light margarine

Directions

in 9 x 13 pan place ingredients in order listed.. Bake in 350 oven for 60 mintues. Makes 12 pieces of cake
