Introduction

crunchy apples, sweet grapes, walnuts, celery, YUM! crunchy apples, sweet grapes, walnuts, celery, YUM!

Ingredients

    2 cups chopped cooked turkey, 1 cup finely chopped celery, 1/2 cup finely chopped red or white onion, 1 large apple cored and chopped, 1 cup halved red grapes, 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, 1 cup light mayo, 3 T Dijon mustard, salt and pepper to taste

Directions

combine all ingredients, mix and serve alone, on lettuce leaves or as a sandwich or wrap.
