IntroductionServe with low-fat Ranch dipping sauce. Serve with low-fat Ranch dipping sauce.
-8 medium jalapeno peppers, halved, seeds and stem removed.
-2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into 16 thin strips
-8oz. pkg of Philly Light Chive and Onion cream cheese
-1lb. package of low-sodium bacon (roughly 16 slices)
Place strip of chicken on top. Wrap with one slice of bacon.
Secure with a toothpick.
Repeat until all "poppers" are wrapped.
Place on broiler pan, broil uncovered in oven for 35-40 minutes on low, rotating halfway thru cooking time to ensure even browning of bacon.
Serve with low-fat ranch dipping sauce.
