Introduction

These are so good my two year old wanted to eat the mix! These are so good my two year old wanted to eat the mix!

Ingredients

    Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin - 1 can
    Betty Crocker Super Moist Carrot Cake mix - 1 box

Directions

Mix cake mix and pumpkin together. Pour by TBS. into 36 mini-muffin pans. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until desired doneness.

  • it was good but i was a little hesitant to make it because the recipe didnt say which size can of pumpkin. I used the 16oz can and also added 2 eggs, crushed walnuts, and a little oil. - 1/13/08
