1 TBSP Cornstarch
1TBSP Potato Starch
3 TBSP Milk (I used skim)
Dash of salt to your taste preferences
Mix all together and whisk to remove any lumps
use a non stick 6" pan or a regular pan with cooking spray.
warm pan on medium setting
put about .25 cup of the batter in pan and coat the bottom with it
cook about 30 seconds and then flip to brown other side
Fill with your favorite fillings, jams, fuits etc
I like to roll them up and bake them with light cottage cheese, an egg white and a dash of pepper
