Reese's Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites

Introduction

Stolen from "Love From The Oven" - you could save some calories and make these with the Sugar Free Reese's Minis - but I prefer the real deal. Stolen from "Love From The Oven" - you could save some calories and make these with the Sugar Free Reese's Minis - but I prefer the real deal.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

48 Mini Pretzels (I used Snyder's Snaps to make the finished product square)
24 Mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
    1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 oz unsalted peanuts, crushed

Directions

Make sure peanut butter cups are left at room temperature or are slightly warm before working with them for ease of "smushing".

Sandwich one cup between two pretzels and crush slightly.

Melt the chocolate chips on low in a microwave safe bowl for a minute at a time until fully melted. Dip each sandwich in chocolate to cover and drain off excess holding with a fork or toothpick. Place on a lined baking sheet.

Repeat 24 times and top evenly with crushed peanuts for decoration.

Refrigerate to harden chocolate.

ENJOY!
