LOW FAT HOMEMADE VANILLA ICE CREAM

Introduction

If you love ice cream like I do BUT are trying to keep your girlish figure, try this recipe! Naturally, it's a bit better with twice the sugar and with whole milk but this one's pretty darn good!!!! Number of Servings: 22

Ingredients

    3 whole eggs
    2 egg whites
    1 1/2 c sugar
    1 can each: PET skim milk,
    LOWFAT Eagle Brand
    NO FAT Eagle Brand
    1 T vanilla

    Mix eggs well. Add sugar & mix well. Add all the 'milks' & vanilla. Mix well. Add 2% milk to fill line. Freeze per freezer instructions.

Directions

NO COOKING INVOLVED....BUT....If you put this up in single-serve containers and freeze it, you can then enjoy one serving at a time. Place container in microwave for about 18-25 seconds (you'll have to play with your microwave a bit) and you'll think you've got a brand new batch of homemade ice cream!!! IT'LL MAKE YOU WANNA SLAP YOUR GRANDMA!!!!! (in the nicest possible way, of course!)

Serving Size: Makes approx 20-23 1-cup servings.
