Lemon Thyme Chicken Wrap

Ingredients

    Marinade:
    4 tbsp - Olive Oil
    2 tbsp - Lemon juice
    4 tsp - Thyme, fresh (chopped finely)
    1 clove - Garlic (minced)

    2 - Chicken Breast, no skin (filleted)
    4 tbsp - Fresh Salsa (Italian Rose)
    2 pitas - Mission Wrap Garden Spinach Herb

Directions

1st make marinade:
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, thyme & garlic & mix well.

Place 2 filets in bowl, pour half the marinade over, then put other 2 filets in bowl & then pour remaining marinade over. Cover & place in fridge for an hour (the longer you can keep it in, the better tho!)

Allow chicken to come to room temperature, then cook on grill or in frying pan. When done, shred chicken.

Spread 2 tablespoons of salsa on each pita, top with half the chicken, wrap & enjoy!
