Cornflake Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

    1 pkg "Country Style" hashbrowns frozen
    1/2 c butter- divided
    1 T. salt
    1/2 t. pepper
    1 cream of chicken soup LF
    1 16oz FF sour cream
    1 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese shredded
    1 medium onion
    2 c. cornflakes -crushed

Directions

Lightly spray 13x9 glass dish. Mix all ingredients together EXCEPT cornflakes using only 1/2 of the butter (melted).
Spread into greased pan. Mix remaining melted butter and cornflakes. Spread mixture on top of potatoes. Bake uncovered @ 350 degrees for 40- 60 minutes. Enjoy !
