Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    470g (1 package) lean ground turkey breast (or ground chicken breast)
    1/2 cup quick oats
    3 egg whites (I use the liquid carton kind)
    1 tsp dried thyme
    1/2 to 1 tsp dried oregano (dried marjoram is good too)
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1-2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 carrot, grated
    1 celery stalk, diced
    1 medium onion - half of it grated, other half sliced thinly
    3 Tbsp low carb ketchup

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all the ingredients except the ketchup and sliced onion together (clean hands work best!). Divide evenly and Lightly press into 4 mini loaf pans sprayed with cooking spray. Spread ketchup on top in a thin layer and spread thinly sliced onion on top and bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes or until the sides of the loaf are browned.



Serving Size: Makes 4 Mini Loaves
