1 large chopped onion
1 bell pepper chopped (0.5 cup) shredded
1 cup diced lean ham or trim all excess fat.
Red Potato, 250 grams ( about 8 ounces)
Directions
**Hint hot pan cold oil food don't stick**
heat non stick pan till hot.
add oil
add onions, peppers cook till tender. remove
add potatoes
place onion,peppers,ham and eggs in pan
cook on med heat till done.
