    Onions, raw, 6 slice, thin (remove)
    *Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 10 slice (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    Shrimp, cooked, 6 oz (remove)
    *Louis Kemp, Crab Delights-imitation crab, .75 cup (remove)
    *Snow Peas, fresh, .75 cup (remove)

Directions

place all washed and dry ingredients in a pan sprayed with olive oil pam...cook until it looks right to you, splash soy sauce at the end.
