Ingredients

    2 C ground beef cooked, drained and rinsed
    1 can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom
    1/4 C flour
    1 C nonfat milk
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/4 tsp sea salt
    2 beef bouillion cubes
    2 Tbsp ketchup
    2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
    1 C nonfat sour cream
    16 oz. pasta (egg noodles or spiral)

Directions

Cook ground beef, drain and rinse off fat. Cook onions till translucent and add to meat, On med. heat add cream of mushroom . Combine flour and milk and wisk till lumps are gone. Add to mixture. Continue to add the rest of ingredients minus sour cream and noodles. Bring to a low boil and reduce to simmer. Cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat and fold in sour cream.

Serve over warm noodles.
