Indian Lentils (Dhal)

Submitted by: DHARMONSCHICK

Introduction

This is an easy Indian Dhal recipe. The great thing is, you can add pretty much any vegetables you have on hand. It is also great on its own, over rice or as a soup (simply add some vegetable or chicken stock). You can use red, yellow, green or brown lentils for this recipe. This is an easy Indian Dhal recipe.
