Dippable Panko ChickenSubmitted by: KNACKERED_KITTY
2 chicken breasts, cut up into 2-bite size pieces (large enough to grab with your fingers!)
1.5 cups unseasoned Panko
1 large egg
Seasoning to taste - I used garlic powder, black pepper, oregano, and parsley
Also - If you're not good at dredging - use my method! Two one-gallon sized ziploc bags!
Place panko and dry seasoning in one of the gallon bags.
Place chopped up chicken in one bag and add the large egg. Smush around until all the chicken is coated.
Upend the chicken into the panko and dry seasoning. And SHAKE... c'mon shake it! shake it! Shake it like a polaroid picture!!! (I use this as an excuse to dance around the kitchen like a drunken fool :) )
Once your chicken is covered in panko, spread in a single layer on your oiled foil. Put in the oven and leave it be for 15 minutes. Peak at that point and see if your chicken is done. If you like it crispier leave it in for another 5 minutes.
I like to dip it in honey mustard or barbeque sauce!
Serving Size: Makes 2-4 servings
