Ingredients

    2 lbs. chicken breast w/o skin
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 1/4 cup self-rising flour
    1 stick butter
    ice water

Directions

cover chicken with water and bring to boil. lower heat and simmer until tender. remove chicken. o, food processor, combine flours and cut in butter. drizzle in water water until dough forms. divide dough into 4 balls. roll out ball until thin and cut into desired size noodles. bring the "broth" back up to hard boil. drop a few noodles at a time. cook until tender. remove chicken from bone and cut/shred into bite size pieces. add to noodles to warm. serve
