Paula's Awesome Chicken Parmesan

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 cup corn flakes, crushed
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    2 tbsp basil
    1 tbsp paprika
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350*.
1. Place olive oil in a bowl
2. Crush corn flakes (I put them in a ziploc bag and roll them with a dough roller until evenly crushed)
3. Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl with the corn flakes.
4. Dip each chicken breast first in the olive oil and then in the corn flake mix, coating well. Place in a baking dish.
5. Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes until chicken is cooked through and coating is lightly browned.
