3 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 can fat free cream of mushroom
1 can fat free cream of chicken
1 can cream of chicken broth
1 can RoTel
16 oz. pasta
12 oz. low fat Velveeta
Cut the chicken breast into 1 inch cubes; boil those until cooked thoroughly set back one cup of chicken broth to add to mixture later. Boil your noodles Drain set aside.
Cut the Velveeta cheese up into small 1 inch cubes so it will melt faster. Drain the juice out of the RoTel unless you like things spicy.
When chicken is done, add all ingredients. Add noodles stir up good and make sure all cheese is melted, served best with garlic bread and salad.
The extra cup of chicken broth added makes it creamy.
You can use any kind of noodles that you like, I like it best with angel hair pasta. I serve with a salad and garlic bread.
