Ingredients

    1/2 C. Yogurt, Fat-Free, Plain
    4 oz. Juice, Dole OJ Pineapple Banana
    4 oz. sparkling water
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 scoop protein powder, whey
    1 banana, frozen, medium size
    1 C. frozen fruit (Festival blend - mango, papaya, pineapple
    & strawberries)

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
