This bread has a rich chewy texture, and the combination of spices sets it apart from other zucchini breads. It is moist, not too sweet and easy to make. I have added this recipe to my cookbook and will absolutely make it again. It would probably be amazing used as french toast for breakfast...yumm. - 7/25/11

  • Tastes fantastic! I LOVE it! The spices are wonderful. Came out a little doughy, but still great! I did a makeover because I didnt have wheat germ, used reg. flour and left out nuts because i cant have them. The best zucchini bread I have ever had!!! - 8/17/12
