Vegan cheese sauce

Ingredients

    *Flour, white, .5 cup
    *Salt - Table - 1 tsp., 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula 1/2 cup
    Paprika, .25 tsp
    *Coconut Milk, 2 cup
    Margarine, hard, .5 stick
    Yellow Mustard, .5 tsp

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in pan. Add coconut milk (or other vegan milk) and stir while on medium heat until bubbles and thickens. After thickens, add margarine and mustard and stir until well blended.
