Ingredients

    Coconut Milk, Basmati Rice, Sweetened Coconut, fill to water line. Serve with chopped scallions (greens only) on top.

Directions

Put everything in a rice cooker. When it turns to warm, let the rice sit for about 5 minutes to finish.
