Dukan Tuna Salad

Introduction

This tuna salad has only five grams each of fat and carbs, and 26 grams of protein. I use half lowfat mayo and half greek yogurt because I prefer the milder flavor and it doesn't make much of a difference in my opinion. Feel free to use 2 tbsp of greek yogurt instead!

I like to add in freshly chopped herbs. I don't list them in the ingredients because it's a matter of taste and many will do. My favorites are dill, parsley and chives; they can be used individually or in any combination.

Ingredients

    1 whole can (5oz in can), drained
    1 whole small/medium dill pickle, chopped as finely as you like
    1 tbsp greek yogurt
    1 tbsp low fat mayo (I use Hellman's)
    2 tsp grey poupon deli mustard
    black pepper, coriander and fresh herbs to taste

Directions

Mix everything together! It's an easy one ;)

Serving Size: One entree size, or two side dish servings.
