Chick peas - 1 cup
(I don't use the canned ones as they have preservatives. )
Tomato (chopped) - 0.25 cup
Onion (chopped) - 0.25 cup
Non fat yoghurt - 0.50 cup
Green chillies (up to you if you want it hot)
Ketchup ( up to you, if you want to add this)
Cilantro to garnish
Once you have all the ingredients, mix them well. Add black pepper, salt, ketchup as per your taste. Garnish with chopped cilantro and have it.
