  • I made this today and it's really yummy with a bit of low sugar apricot jelly! It will be a perfect breakfast for me before school! Only trouble was I have the smaller bread machine, so I tried to cut the recipe down to a 1 pound size,my calculations were not very good because it overflowed, oops! - 1/2/11

  • I did not have everything it called for, so I did make substitutions. It still turned out fantastic. I used Flax meal in place of the bran cereal and buck wheat flour in place of the other cereal. I also included 1/4 c. cracked wheat. I had to add a bit more water. - 1/30/10
