    * 93% Lean Ground Beef, 16 oz (remove)
    * Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup (remove)
    * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .5 cup (remove)
    Add salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients, bake at 350 for 1 hour
