Morning Detox Smoothie

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 red apple
    1 banana
    1 green pepper, seeds removed
    1 T Chia seeds
    1/8" slice fresh ginger root

    Chop first 3 ingredients and pop in a blender. Blend until smooth, add ginger root and chia seeds and blend again - it will be very, very thick (straw needed).

    (NOTE: original recipe calls for Chia seeds, but I couldn't find them on this site's list of ingredients.)
