Peanut Sauce

Introduction

Great with chicken and rice! Great with chicken and rice!

Ingredients

    3 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
    5 Tbsp canola oil
    4 Tbsp soy sauce
    4 Tbsp sugar
    4 tsp white vinegar
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1/4 tsp cayenne
    1 Tbsp minced green onion
    cilantro for garnish

Directions

Whisk together peanut butter and canola oil. Add remainder of ingredients and whisk some more. Voila! No cooking required.

Amazing with rice and lettuce and chicken (chicken is best when shredded instead of cut - it soaks up the sauce better!)

This is enough sauce for 4-6 people.
