4 oz fat free cream cheese
8 tsp dried parsley
2 scallions, trimmed and coarsely chopped
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp white-wine vinegar
3/4 cup reduced fat crumbled blue cheese
2 Tbsp fat free greek yogurt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Add blue cheese, greek yogurt and pepper; pulse until smooth but still textured. You don't want the dip to be too smooth. If it seems to need a little thinning, add a teaspoon or so of water.
