2 rice cakes
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 crushed pineapple

cinnamon
2 Tbsp chopped walnuts or pecans
Directions
Pop rice cakes in toaster and toast lightly. You need to watch them so that they do not get too browned.
Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl.
Split cheese mixture in half and spread equally on both rice cakes.
