4 c bakers corner baking mix
1.5 c 1% milk
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
3/4 c blueberries
3/4 c diced strawberries
2/3 c sugar
2/3 c canola oil
2 large eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 425.Put muffin liners in muffin tin.
Mix ingredients together - except for berries-until smooth. Gently stir in berries. Divide evenly into muffin pans.Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
