300 grams of frozen wings/drummets
Franks Red Hot Wings Sauce (0 Calories!!)
Put oven on Broil - High (~500 degrees).
Lay the wings and drummets out on a baking dish, put on the top rack of the oven for 15 minutes.
After 15 min - turn over and put back in the oven for 15 more minutes.
Toss wings into a bowl and cover with Frank's Red Hot sauce. Let sit for 5 minutes, and serve.
