Healthy Version of Buffalo Wings

Introduction

These wings are delicious, and are very simple to make! We usually have them alone with just a drink - and it's a whole meal for us. These wings are delicious, and are very simple to make! We usually have them alone with just a drink - and it's a whole meal for us.

Ingredients

    300 grams of frozen wings/drummets
    Franks Red Hot Wings Sauce (0 Calories!!)

Directions

Defrost frozen wings in a bowl of water (about 30 minutes).
Put oven on Broil - High (~500 degrees).
Lay the wings and drummets out on a baking dish, put on the top rack of the oven for 15 minutes.
After 15 min - turn over and put back in the oven for 15 more minutes.
Toss wings into a bowl and cover with Frank's Red Hot sauce. Let sit for 5 minutes, and serve.

Serving Size: 150 grams per person
