CanadianBug's 5 Ingredient Chicken Salsa

Introduction

Fast, easy and yummy! The amount of pep depends on the salsa! Fast, easy and yummy! The amount of pep depends on the salsa!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
    1/2 salsa
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tsp brown sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Place chicken in a 9 x 13 dish. Mix the other 4 ingredients together. Pour over chicken. Make sure all sides are fully covered. Bake in oven until chicken fully cooked. Approx. 45 min. If chicken browning too quickly, cover lightly with foil. Serve the sauce ovre the chicken! Enjoy!
