Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1 cup fresh pumpkin puree
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1/4 cup Egg Beaters
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 cup Splenda Granulated No Calorie Sweetener
    1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/4 + 1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
    1/4 cup raisins

Directions

Mix all ingredients together beating until smooth.
Fill greased and floured 8 inch loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven.

Makes 18 1/4 inch slices.
