Chicken breast, cleaned and defrosted Milk and egg mixture OrGran Breadcrumbs Spices
Break an egg into a bowl, add a splash of milk and whip with a fork until mixed. On a plate, mix breadcrumbs and salt, pepper, red pepper, garlic, oregano and onion powder. Dip the chicken into the egg mixture, then roll in the breadcrumbs, packing them on as thickly as possible. Lay into a greased baking pan and bake at 350 for about 40 minutes. Cooking time and temperature will depend on the size of the breasts, if they are thick cook at a lower temperature to prevent the outside from cooking too quickly.
