Lemon Pepper Chicken and Green Beans

Introduction

A small dinner for one. A small dinner for one.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 Chicken tenderloin
    1 cup green beans
    Lemon and Pepper seasoning
    Salt
    Paprika
    Thyme

Directions

Cook green beans in pot with 1/2 cup water. Season with salt and pepper. Cut chicken tenderloin and cook in olive oil. Season with paprika and thyme. Cook until golden brown, then add garlic powder.
Serve chicken on bed of green beans seasoned with lemon and pepper seasoning.

Serving Size: Makes 2 small plates
