1 c. Smuckers sugar-free apricot preserves
1/3 c. orange juice
1/4 c. butter
4-5 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2. To make the glaze, combine the preserves, juice, and butter. Rub the chicken breasts with the marinade. Sprinkle pepper on top.
3. Place chicken in a roasting pan. Cook for 20 minutes, basting the chicken every 5 minutes with the excess glaze.
