Cukes and Onions

Introduction

Something for summertime...serve with an entree or salad. Something for summertime...serve with an entree or salad.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 cups of cucumbers (with peel) (about 4-5 cucumbers)
    1 cup of onions (sweet onions about 1-2)
    2 cup of vinegar (I used white vinegar)
    2 cup of water
    1 cup (or 48 tsp.) of Splenda

Directions

No cooking involved. I did whisk the vinegar & water & Splenda together before pouring on top of the cucumbers and onions. Then mix all together and put in fridge. Serve cold. This will keep in the fridge for several days.
