Pork noodle casserole

Introduction

Always looking for something to do with the leftovers! Always looking for something to do with the leftovers!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 cans Healthy Request cream of celery soup
    1/2 cup fat free milk
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped red pepper
    1/4 cup chopped yellow pepper
    2 cuips cooked pork loin, cubed
    1 pkg. publix frozen asian vegetables
    6 oz no yolk egg free noodles
    1 cup shredded 2% sharp cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp italian seasoning

Directions

Cook and drain noodles. Saute onions and peppers. Add everything together in casserole and cook at 375 for 30-35 minutes until bubbly.

Serving Size: makes 12 1-cup servings
