Ingredients

    2 serving of my Slower Cooker Italian pot roast
    1 sweet potato chopped
    8 stalks of celery chopped
    4 medium carrots chopped
    1 onion chopped
    6 cloves of garlic minced
    1 bay leaf
    1.5 tablespoons of curry
    1 28 oz can crushed tomatos
    1 tablespoon of oregano
    1 bag of dried barley
