Banana Cookies

Introduction

A great way to use up ripe bananas without making bread! A great way to use up ripe bananas without making bread!
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 C Soft Butter
    1 C Sugar
    2 eggs
    1 C mashed ripe banana
    1/2 C 2% milk
    1 T White Vinegar
    1 tsp vanilla
    3 C Flour
    1 1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 bag chocolate chips


Directions

Cream together butter & sugar. Mix in eggs & bananas. Add milk & vanilla and mix well. Add flour, soda & salt. Mix thoroughly. Stir in chocolate chips. Refridgerate 1 hour. Drop onto cookie sheet lined with parchment or use a silpat and bake @ 375 for 10 min.
