Stacy's Spring Coleslaw

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 bag of coleslaw/cabbage mix
    1 bottle of Rudolph's coleslaw dressing
    1 red apple
    1 yellow apple
    1 box of diced dates
    1 can of honey roasted peanuts and cashews

Directions

Chop up apples
Mix with cabbage mix, diced dates, and nuts
Pour about 3/4 of the bottle of coleslaw dressing and mix

Let sit for a minimum of 30 minutes and serve.  If dressing is put on too soon salad will be soggy.
