Rhubarb Cake

Introduction

Sweet and Sour. This is a very pleasing taste for hot summer days. Even better when refrigerated. Sweet and Sour. This is a very pleasing taste for hot summer days. Even better when refrigerated.
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    Rhubarb
    Flour
    Sour Cream (reduced fat)
    Brown Sugar (optional)
    White Sugar
    salt
    baking soda
    nuts (optional)

Directions

Mix sugar, eggs, sour cream. Sift dry ingredients. Add Sugar mixture. Add rhubarg. Put into 9 x 12 inch greased cake pan.
Sprinkle with mixure of brown sugar and nuts. (Optional).
Bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes till tests done with toothpick.

Serving Size: Makes 15 pieces approx 3 x 2.5 inches
