Ingredients

    1/2 cup old fashioned oats
    1 cup water
    1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp pure maple extract
    1/8 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 Cinnamon
    3 tbsp nonfat cottage cheese
    sugar substitute to taste.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients in an ovenproof bowl. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until top of oatmeal is firm to touch.

Serving Size: Makes 1 serving

    I sent a question to SP - it's supposed to be 1/8 tsp nutmeg, and 1/4 t cinnamon. I don't see an edit button so I can fix it.
