Bumblebee 2.5 oz. Tuna Salad

Introduction

Standard tuna salad recipe with a little twist. Standard tuna salad recipe with a little twist.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Bumblebee Chunk Light Tuna pouch, 2.5 oz.
    1 T. Hellman's Light Mayonaise
    1 T. Dill pickle relish (or sweet pickle relish gives a nice flavor)
    Dash of Black Pepper
    1/8 of a medium-sized Gala Apple (or any apple you like)

Directions

Dice apple slice and mix together with all ingredients. Stir to combine but don't over-stir (texture ends up pasty instead of like tuna salad if you over-stir).

Enjoy on bread or crackers or straight from the bowl!
