Ingredients

    1 small cantaloupe cubed
    1/4 c sugar
    1/2 c water
    1 Tbl fresh mint sprigs
    1/3 c fresh lemon juice

Directions

Place cantaloupe cubes in blend and puree.
Dissolve sugar in water and heat to boiling. Remove from heat and add mint and lemon juice. Add to puree. Pour into 8 popsicle molds.
