2 cups of cooked Chick Peas
2 Tbsp Olive OIl
2 Tbsp Vinegar (or lemon juice)
3 cloves Fresh Garlic, finely cut
2 Tbsp Fresh Basil, finely cut
1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, finely cut
Salt & Pepper to taste
In a salad bowl, mix Chick Peas (cooked and cool down) with Olive Oil, Vinegar, Parsley, Basil and Garlic, Salt and Pepper.
Chill for 50 minutes. Bon Appetit! :-)
NB: Delicious in a Pita Bread - preferably whole wheat.
